Business Services
The East Central Workforce Investment Board is addressing the needs of the business community. The Board has established a Business Services Team made up of partner agency representatives and members of the business community from our labor market area. The focus of the Business Services Team is to develop products and services that are responsive to the immediate and long-term demands of a proprietary, diverse business clientele, while simultaneously creating employment opportunities for all Oklahomans. The team is committed to adding value to businesses that will assist them in growing and prospering. The Oklahoma Department of Commerce’s Office of Workforce Development is committed to partnering with Workforce Oklahoma in identifying and meeting the needs of our business and industry customers.
Workforce Oklahoma serves employers of all sizes with our state-of-the-art, high-tech One-Stop employment development system. Our “service broker” approach is new and innovative to the marketplace. The Center’s staff can assist businesses with recruiting, screening and hiring, training, education, skills development and a variety of other human resources disciplines.
