The East Central Workforce Investment Area is governed by the East Central Workforce Investment Board, a community based not-for-profit entity. ECWIB is operated by a volunteer board comprised of business leaders representing the communities within the area.The Board has over 40 members with a majority of members representing area business leaders.

ECWIB coordinates education, employment and economic development to meet the workforce demands of our local economy and establish a highly skilled, productive workforce in the East Central Workforce Area.

East Central WIB proudly serves the following counties: Hughes, Lincoln, Okfuskee, Pottawatomie, and Seminole.
